Med17. 4 psa thp custom tune(catcam upgrade)

Hi guys, 

Former employer of mine has a peugeot 308 T9 with a Thp engine. Engine was rebuild with catcams and they are looking for a tuner that can do a custom tune based on the specs and datalogs.

ECU is a med17.4.2

We have afr, knock meter etc.. We have street dyno software as our dyno isn't available yet.
Etuners does it over obd remotely, but they don't work with people that have any tools for tuning as they are afraid the software will be copied.
