Mitchell On demand

1
I have Mitchell On Demand 5.8.2.35 that I had to reinstall because of computer problems. Now the wiring diagrams wont display. Old black & white ones open up but newer color ones don't open.
I have reinstalled SVG viewer still not working? Any help will be much appreciated.
Thanks

here try this:
Fix for 64 Bit computers that are unable to display wiring diagrams from OnDemand5.com when called from management software. You must un-install the existing SVG Viewer, then install this. Next step is to open OnDemand5.com using Internet Explorer and lookup a color wiring diagram; accept the license agreement and view the diagram. Close down OnDemand5.com, open Manager and you will now be able to view color diagrams

Thanks for your reply Hipro60.

I have windows 7 pro 32 bit.
This was working great then had a problem with computer had to reinstall windows.
It does come up with the license agreement for SVG viewer when I first opened "On Demand" I accept but still wont display wiring diagrams.

I have uninstalled the SVG viewer & reinstalled still not working.
I also completely uninstalled On Demand reinstalled still no diagrams.

Also I noticed from manager when I select "repair" (from a car that I already have an estimate for)
it opens up " On Demand Repair" ok but no car is selected. I have to select the car??

The estimator part works perfect in every way.
So here my headache for the time being.....

Hopefully someone else has had this problem & can help me out. I have searched the forum & found reinstalling svg viewer has done the trick but not in this case!!

Many thanks to you & others who have contributed to this site over the many years as it is much appreciated!!!!

I have the same issue. Im running windows 11 x64 bit 25H2. I noticed only after a windows update that the text part of the schematics disappear. Has something to do with one of the updates. Im currently tracking down if its a .net problem (KB5097148,149,150) or windows security update KB5094126.
