Need to know how to R/WR Renault Megane GT Line 2.0 16v 2011

1
Hi fellow MHH members,

I am looking for some help on a car i want to make tuning for.

Its a Renault Megane GT line 2.0 16v without turbo from 2011 with 140cv.

On kess or ktag/autotuner i cant find the exact same engine with same horespower.
But also on some sites it states there can be 2 types of ecu's on this car.
Siruis 32 and sagem 3000. Both are supported in protocols list in kess.

Can i just go ahead and select the ecu from protocol list and do this car when i am sure what ecu it is ?

Kind Regards!!!!

Thanks for your response.

I am working on the car now as we speak.
Seems like there are 3 types of ecu's used on this engine in diffrent years.
There is a Siemens ems3110, sirius 34 or something and s3000 or something.

After trying to ID and read with all of the protocols. 1 of them worked.
I had to choose the Renault Megane GT 2011 with 250hp. It has the same ecu.

With that protocol i was able to read the car. but not with kess 2.47 it bugs out at 60-80% while reading, and says file transfer failed.
When i use 2.35 it works fine. Now will try to write back.

Have to wait untill the car is cooled off a bit before i can write on this ecu... funny car really.

Will keep u guys up to date about this.

Ok i have written the car with kess 2.25 (not 2.35 as i said before)

Read and write without a hitch. You only need to wait for the engine to be cooled down a bit before you can write your file back.

I have used the Renault Megane 3 GT 2.0 250hp ems3110 protocol.

All worked out great! If you have questions regarding this topic, feel free to contact me anytime!

Kind Regards.
