Odis offline keyless programming

Hi,

Can be done a keyless programming offline with odis, i have the working key and pin/CS.
The car it's a skoda octavia mk3, 2013?

I had tried with vvdi2 but no luck, the original key can program but the keyless mode will not work.
Only next to the emergency coil will work.
