Somebody is able to inform if car have SKIM system from factory trough VIN number?

I need check some VIN numbers from Dodge RAM with Cummins engine and CM848/CM849 PCMs.

I think you misunderstood my request. I know perfectly well how to identify a vehicle if it has an immobilizer system by these details and others.

My case is a bit particular... I have a database with complete files of those ECUs with their chassis number, and I need to know from some files which ones are equipped with SKIM and which ones are not.
