Opel Agila B 2009 radio locked after battery removal – “HELP” message on display

1
Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with my girlfriend’s car – it’s a 2009 Opel Agila B.

We recently removed the battery to do some work on the car, and after reconnecting it, the radio now displays the word “HELP” on the screen. From what I understand, this is likely because it’s asking for the radio unlock code as part of the anti-theft system.

The problem is, I can’t find the code anywhere – it’s not in the user manual or among the car’s documents.

I’ve attached a photo of the stereo, hoping someone might recognize it and point me in the right direction.

Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a way to retrieve the code using the radio’s serial number, or do I need to go to an Opel dealership with the VIN?

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!
