Opel Astra G CarPass

Hi friends

I have a OPEL ASTRA G 1.7DTI 2002, with damaged ECU, and I don't have the CarPass. I've read the dashboard, but it isn't possible to get the pin, as the ECU is damaged, and there's no comunication.

Is it possible to get the pin through the chassis number?
