Opel Astra H CIM Steering Angle

1
Good afternoon, I have an Opel Astra H, from which I have removed the CIM module, and the white steering angle wheel has moved, now I have a steering angle calibration error, I have tried to adjust it using the Code pin, and It gives me an out of range error, I have moved it from one side to the other and I still get the out of range error. I have tried looking at the steering angle in the ABS and CIM and it reads 0° and there is no angle movement when I turn the wheel. I have reset the CIM and it is still the same, can anyone give me some advice? Thank you so much

Try to open it again and check for some mechanical damage or misplaced plastic. Watch few youtube videos and tutorials "how to" and "diy" to make clear image of what you exactly need to do. We can not help you from here, that is something you need to do by yourself.
I can provide wiring diagrams, parts number, technical service bulletins, part replacement procedures etc.. for Citroen/Opel. No pin code or key cut codes.

If everything is assembled correctly it will work using pin. Done a few in the past. It's a pain to put both sides together correctly.

I have not been able to put it within the range for the SAS angle adjustment, possibly I have turned the white wheel in the wrong direction and now I do not know how many turns I can have made. Is there any way to reset the value of that wheel on the chip with VVDI PROG or XPROG? Thank you

You can see the setting from 6.35 minutes onwards
of the plaster wheel in the middle position of the steering wheel.

there are 5 magnets on the board and
The middle magnet is the center position of the steering wheel!

Kind regards

Had the same sensor out of range issue with many lights on the dash after fixing my Zafira CIM + turn signal not stopping after a turn. Took the thing apart many times and have become an expert. I also soldered all the pins (always a plus).
Finally, all I had to do was calibrate the SAS (steering angle sensor) with Opcom and all is good.
