Opel Astra K 1.6cdti problem

Hello, I will need some help. I have an customers Astra and in high rpm (3600) is making like rpm limit. The only fault code that i have is for fuel temp sensor but i have already instal new one but the code is still coming. I have cleaned intake manifold and Egr from carbon because was blocked. The car is dpf off and stg1 tuned but i have already tested and with the stock file and again is making that rpm limits. Have anyone experienced same problem??

check intercooler hoses, common problem the intake one splits behind and you can't see it.

Already smoke the system and no leak!
