So i have a Opel Vectra B with the 2.0DTi engine, i need to do egr off on the car, however it hás EDC15M ECU, with mpps and kess i can ONLY write and ID, Parte number is 90508986 and it is a manual transmission X20DTH

No one. Manual solution here. Test it and report back.
You can unplug the plug of EGR valve and tap It`s  vacuum line with something. Also, you can buy EGR plate for this engine from Tafmet.pl.
Watch out, cause there are two versions(steel and "plastic" egr)
