Opel astra J 2010 abs vin edit need

Hi everyone's.
I have problem with ABS module after replaced used one. I have read eeprom 95160 from new/used ecu. My question is can somebody read PIN from ABS dump to reset module and program to car?
I found 13 23 after VIN number and 0292 somewhere else and have no idea about that. I search internet and found nothing that solve my problem. Second option is swap eeprom from old module I thing that should solve the problem.

I also need to change the VIN after replacing the abs pump (I have error B3902). I have GlobalTis32. Will SPS cope? How to do it?
