i have opel vivaro b 1.6 92 biturbo with not staring problem. Tank pump ok, HP pump and injectors tested, pressure sensor and fuel metering valve on HP pump good, also wiring tested. Tried cranking with injectors taken out of engine- they work and opening fuel flow. With injectors in engine, car ir cranking but not starting. After cranking for 5 or more second, i get error P0005 fault. after throwed fault, fuel cut off to injectors. Pressure in rail reaches 2000bar which i think is max pressure for it. Could be eeprom corrupted?
Already checked timing, compression, camshaft-crankshaft synchronised when cranking, there is no ecm fuel disable, no crash.
