When ignition is ON security light solid constant. After 10 minutes no changes. Still solid constant.   (manulal procedure reLearn keys dosen't work Sad )

VIN in PCM after SPS programing is now correct -the same like VIN on chassis.
4 keys in VTD are storage - data read by Tech2win
I have only one key..for this car.     But I've ordered new blank key with blank tranponder. I will recive it in Friday. 

"PCM hammer just to make sure"  - KAL - old PCM is dead. No comunication via OBD and bench mode. This is reason why I bought used module and done SPS VIN programing.

Battery was reset few times. 

Tech2will allow to do SpecialFunction for VTD like "new Run" but after this no changes.  Still the same, Info on dash "starting disabled remove key..."
SPS for VTD dosen't work..

As i wrote, now I wairing for a package with new blank key..

But if you have another idea please share it Smile

Did you have a battery charger/pack connected while programming the ecu/vtd?

I guess I missed the no communication part via bench . I've definitely had the no communication while the module is still installed in the vehicle, but was able to recover it via bench. Since you've tried that we can obviously go past that as long as you're 100% that you verified your communication lines powers and grounds via bench..  You say you ordered another key does this mean you know the resistance that is expected from your key? There is 15 possibilities so if you do know have you tried a multimeter on your chip to see if the resistance meets the value?

Yes battery was good. Fully charged. 
As I wrote, SPS programing for PCM works fine. For VTD no. Tested few times.

KAL - Tried to connect with PCM via bench, I use VXDiag for this. BUT is something wrong with this module. Very low power consumption when plugged it on a bench.
Connection was done accordin GM wiring diagram.
KAL if you have good diagram how connect this module on bench please share it. I will check again.

I orederd blank key with blank microhip (seller says it will fits this vehicle). 

KAL in VTD i have 4 key storage. Is this max amount?  Is any chance to delete some keys? Maybe that's the reason I can't do the manual reLearn keys procedure?

Okay so I've been doing some looking and it looks like a 99 Cadillac DeVille has a passlock 2 system which has a visible chip in the upper blade of the key and your car the Seville has a pk3 system that has a black head with no visible chip. Can you attempt to do vtd relearn but selecting a newer years than your model and see what happens.  Also when you are doing this is it making you wait 10 minutes?

Car is fixed. Problem was with the driver door module.  After repairing module connections, teaching key procedure went properly.

I change the cluster on mine but now Im stock the security light never comes on when ignition is on just when key off the ignition i cant do key relearning causes this any idea?
