Hello members,
I check again the
coolant temperature sensor, it was ok but for safe side I change the existing sensor with the new one.

After replacing the sensor, and with the “HOT START FIXED” modified ECU file, start the engine and waiting that the system reach the high coolant temperature.

After reaching the hot coolant temperature (proximately 96 degree) stop the engine and start it, without any problem, try this stop/start several times, and it was ok.

Start the hot engine and start to drive on 4000 – 4200 rpm in 1, 2 gear when I shift in third gear, few seconds after shifting the engine stopped, and don’t possible to start again. With VCDS checked the ECU for DTC-s, and it is without any error.
Only the oil level sensor give one error code. Please find in attach the scaning log file.

Waiting few hours, the coolant temperature goes down, and the engine start a little bit difficult on first time, I felt as if the engine was releasing the diesel, but on second trying everything was ok, and can normal to start the engine.

Thanks for your helping and efforts.

Best Regards

Dear Angelo,

The problem is that , when we drive the car with warm/hot engine on 4000-4200 rpm the engine stopped, witout any DTC stored in ECU .After this stopping not possible to start again, only after several hours when the engine cool down possible to start again.
