How do I turn on the ignition - mercedes A-classe w177 ?
My car was damaged by a flood.
I know which ECUs I need to replace and code. But before I receive them all, I have a question.
Which ECUs in the minimal configuration are responsible for turning on the ignition?
For now, I've replaced the ignition switch – an EZS167 module with keys and an IC177 from another car – but I can't turn on the ignition. The instrument cluster display works, but the ignition doesn't work. What other ECUs are needed to turn on the ignition in the minimal configuration ?

elv as is. Terminal 15 information is transmitted via CAN to bcm2 and it turns on the ignition

According to the VIN - W1K1770541N279252 , this car doesn't have an ELV. But I'll physically check it tomorrow on the car.

Don't forget you need a working SAM (BCMFA2). That module is in the passenger footwell and easily damaged by flooding. You can replace with a used one as is not part of the FBS4 security system.

I spent a lot of time planning, but yesterday I decided to build a test platform for an A177, C118, etc., with the NTG6 system. Everything works, but unfortunately, I can't get the radio to work. The unit is visible in Xentry, but it won't turn on at the moment. I still need to work on it. I'm missing a few plugs for the HU6.
for me 1 piece its missing.. to have image from hu6
