Porsche cayenne 2009 WIPER/RADIO problem

Hello to all friends, I have here in shop 2009 PORSCHE CAYENNE (9PA), with problem in front wiper and radio. 

The radio starts normally, but no sound, and when have sound the wipers work. 
Wiper cannot be read by scan tool, I already put 2 used wiper motor to test and same thing


I think this is CAN INFOTAINMENT problem, anyone already face with problem like this?
If someone can provide me wiring diagram for this wiper and infotainment can, I really appreciate.
