Reading mc9s12hz128val Captiva

Hi guys I am trying to read a Captiva cluster with mc9s12hz128val MCU. I have X prog 5.5.5. the connections xprog is giving are different from the one on the MCU datasheet. Can someone confirm good pinouts please?

Thanks, but my connection is labelled as j2. Also when I try to probe the reset pin on the mcu to the connection I get no continuity. Can someone advise please?

Can please someone confirm the following for mcu connection please?

35- vss
36 - vddr
39 - bkgd
40 - reset

As my xprog is showing totally different connections.

guys, my mcu has 3l16y mask. my xprog does not list this mask. is there a way out?

That is 9s12HZ256 so there wont be problem for Xprog if you have good one.
