I just ordered a Thinkdiag 2 (all number serial number). If it's brand new and the original software never used, can it be activated without flashing boot with J-Link V9? Or do I still have to update the boot with a J-Link?

I have hit the thanks button , and for REP i dont know which button it is , can you send me test account , also instruction how to use it ?
