Thanks a lot for providing this version 4.90, it is one of the last versions I can use for my 2020 MY Renault before the introduction of New Dialogys.

I could install everything ok, but EPC + MR + NT is French only. Any other language will result in "MR / NT not found" error.
For now, I only need EPC so installed it in English.

the program works, if I enter the VIN number it doesn't recognize it, is this normal right?
I tried to look up my vehicle model but the codes don't match.
I can't find any repair procedure.

Have you tried using filters and selecting by configuration rather than by VIN code?

Renault Dialogys 4.9 is the software for after-sales service of Renault and Dacia vehicles. It combines an electronic spare parts catalog and detailed technical repair documentation.

1. MAIN FUNCTIONALITY
* SPARE PARTS CATALOG (PR)
  Searching for original part numbers by VIN code, vehicle model, or engine index. Includes detailed exploded views of components.

* REPAIR MANUALS (MR)
  Official manuals for disassembly, assembly, troubleshooting, and diagnostics of mechanical and body components (engines, gearboxes, suspension, etc.).

* LABOR TIMES
  Official Renault time standards for performing specific repair and service operations.

* TECHNICAL NOTES (NT)
  Service bulletins and guides for troubleshooting common faults.
  IMPORTANT: Full wiring diagrams are NOT included in Dialogys (a separate program, Renault Visu, is required for them).

2. FEATURES OF VERSION 4.9
* DATABASE COVERAGE:
  Includes vehicles manufactured up to approximately 2018–2019. This is one of the last relevant offline builds. Newer Renault models have been moved exclusively to online platforms (New Dialogys / ASRA).

* INTERFACE LANGUAGE:
  Supports multiple languages.

SUMMARY:
An ideal tool for servicing vehicles up to 2018 (Logan, Sandero, Duster I, Megane III/IV, Fluence). For the newest models (Arkana, Duster II, electric vehicles), this database is not suitable, as their data is available online only.
