SBC c220f internal error

Hi

Does anybody have the full list of fault codes from the SBC unit of a w211 mine has gone to workshop to refurbish the SBC unit and now after some driving it came with the error c220f with internal fault on the component A7/3n1.
I have xentry passthru but can't read the SBC unit with open port

there is the problem with mosfets. you can`t replace it. replace the whole unit. for your safety. for safety for your client. If you need one give me the number. I have +1000 SBC for sale.

there is the problem with mosfets. you can`t replace it. replace the whole unit. for your safety. for safety for your client.

So let's go from the begining of the problem, my w211 showed the error of the counters exceeded, so I send the car to the mechanic to rebuild the SBC, he changed the brushes and in my original module he said it was locked and he can't do the reset to the module, and changed it for another one and after a week it came with this error.

Is it normal the SBC unit to get very hot, like if you put your hand on it for a few time it will start to burn your hand?

no. he just replace with faulty SBC unit. give me sbc number.

In attachment is a picture of the SBC number.

In EPC for my vin number only show the following SBC unit numbers 

005 431 79 12
008 431 38 12
009 431 26 12

replace with 008 431 38 12 or 009 431 26 12. Last ones replacment by BOSCH for your very old unit. I can provide both. First of all, ask the workshop if they have it. You will avoid costs..
