SPS 2 payment declined...

Dear all

 I am from outside US. I manafged to login in acdelcotds with VPN of US server. however when it comes to payment, my credit card gets declined. i tried all my friends and family credit card and payment doesn't go through

there should be someway how can this be done. i am sure there are many Non US users here. please advice

You need a US or Australian based credit card for payment to go through.
You can buy pre paid US bank Visa cards and they work from what I have been told
