SPS Techline Connect

Hi Guys. I have a problem with DelcoTDS and Techline Connect. I purchased a VIN. No problem. Do the programming. No problem. This is it in the morning. On the afternoon i want to sniff around. This its the first time i use this kind of programing. Again enter in the ACdelco TDS web and i want to click on the VIN i purchased. When i do the click. New TAB open and i get the following error. "Access Unauthorized with destination system" attacht the screenshot. 
Anybody can help me?.

your account is blocked

How is that? Is the account is blocked it would not log in
+ creating a new account would work?

You can still login to ACDelco with a blocked account you just can't access Techline Connect so no programming availabe.
You can create a new account and buy another VIN but if the same interface or VPN is used it to will get blocked.

i hope your in good health I had an issue when aim tried to access Techline connect as it showed [font="Segoe UI", system-ui, sans-serif]HTTP ERROR 401.[/font]
i thing i have been blocked and i was searching in the net for solving these problems and i found your [font="MHH Font", Calibri, sans-serif]Thread And i need your assisting me to the email of GM So i can send them an email to unblocking my account.[/font]

Im banned since may. nI've used VPN because im from south america. They answer my email that my account is blocked and will not be unlocked.Losted 15 vin solts.
Someone has some access to sell?

Why? - Because they have banned all clone devices and only genuine interfaces are allowed. If you contact them they will unblock it for you once and once only so get a genuine j2534 device or you will not be using Techline Connect.
Now having said that there is a way to change the serial number on clone MDI devices that apparently works (I have not tried)
I uses a genuine Bosch MDI2 as can't afford to be blocked and want to keep using it so you have to ask yourself the big question do I want to use TLC or save money on non genuine interfaces? - the answer to that question will decide your fate

Genuine Autel J2534 work and most do anyway but if it is a clone then it won't take long to get blocked so just make sure you buy from a reputable seller which is getting increasingly difficult to do as everyone wants our hard earned.

ZooperDooper this is very good information and very interesting to me as I'm new to these systems and would like to be able to maintain my own vehicles. With your experience how do you feel about the VXDIAG VCX FD. I own a Ford F150 and a Cadillac CTS. Your helpful information would be very much appreciated. Thanks and you have my respect

I can't comment first hand experience but I have been told that the VXDiag interfaces are banned on SPS Techline Connnect and will get your account locked.
I was under the impression that J2534 interfaces were all good but have since found out they are banning certain ones made in China & Russia as they send information about your Techline account back to the hackers so you need to play it safe if you want to keep your account.
So you might need to contact GM on that one as no point buying something that is not going to work or will get you blocked.

I tried today using a LAUNCH interface and got blocked. Any other experience with launch?
