Saab 9-3 1.9 diesel - ECU probably forgot about A/C system

1
Hello,
Patient SAAB 9-3 with Opel-Fiat 1.9 diesel.
The car was used without air conditioning for a long time. After removing the leak and recharging, the air conditioning does not work. After short-circuiting the relay that controls the compressor, the air conditioning starts cooling normally. Everything indicates that the engine controller "forgot" that the car has air conditioning. I have heard of such cases, and this is additionally indicated by the values of current parameters read from the engine controller using OP-Com - in the case of parameters regarding turning on the air conditioning, the value field says "not programmed" or something like that. I tried to program it with Op-Com, but where the car configuration is, the air conditioning field shows that it is present, but the air conditioning compressor field is grayed out and marked as unavailable. Has anyone had a similar problem and know the solution?

Probably problem with pressure sensor because ECU can not forgot that he got A/C Smile
I can provide wiring diagrams, parts number, technical service bulletins, part replacement procedures etc.. for Citroen/Opel. No pin code or key cut codes.

Unfortunately, there may be such cases known in these Saabs.

check the ecu, if one of those volt regulators broke, there are three yellow "powersupplies" one of them usually breaks if i remembered correctly the vice 5Volt one. then you have this issue.

Defect should be visible or I have to do additional measurements to get information if regulator is defective?

usually you can see that of of them is a little bit burnt

OK, so ECU is EDC16C9.
I can't seeany visible damage inside ECU.
And there are not any yellow regulators.
Only yellow parts are tantalum capacitors and they are OK.
