Mercedes benz w211 E500 2004 no gears after upgrading vgs to vgs3! Help coding please

Hey guys,
I have upgraded transmission conductor plate from vgsNag2 to Vgs3Nag2.
I might stuffed up through virginizing by choosing the wrong file without backing up.
Car starts but doesn't engage any gears unless through teaching process but when it's completed it goes back to same issue.
I also replaced ecu, virginized it and teach it from eis module file.

I have fault code: 
C426 start enable "drive authorisation system" not issued.

Could someone help me online to get it going.
I'm happy to look after.

What about flashing and SCN coding?? Is it a used plate or new?

It's used plate, I have flashed it and adapted with abrites.
