I ned help with my Techline account. When I log in I can see the VIN I have assigned. When I try to launch Techline I get this message "[b]Access Unauthorized with Destination System Error", what does this really mean an d how do I recover my account?[/b]

Looks like they have some problem on host side.
Tried to email them, but no luck with answer. Also tried to call for support system and after couple days they block my account. Says something about unauthorized region, its funny, because I used it only in USA.

I spoke with them on Monday. If you are getting the error I posted that means your are using a counterfeit/cloned MDI box for Techline. If you continue to use this box they will block and permanently delete your account.
