Hello. I have 2011 Opel Insignia 2.0 CDTI EcoFlex 160 HP and I recently purchased a THINKDIAG 2 and tried to scan it for falt codes (it reads the VIN number successfully). But unfortunately when tries to read the modules for everyone one of them it says Not Equipped. I have a Chinese OP-COM and it reads everything OK so the problem is not the OBD port ot the car. I tried to talk to Customer Service but they weren't very helpful. They told me just to use the Fix Firmware function. I tried on two other cars - 2005 Astra H 1.9 CDTI 150 HP - Reads the VIN but also cannot read the modules. And 2004 Suzuki Grand Vitara 2.0 i 16V 140 HP - here it cannot read the VIN number automatically but when I add it manually it reads some of the modules and the fault codes in them. So can someone help me with this issue? Am I doing something wrong? Should I ask for a refund? Or just to reflash it with Diagzone and hope it will work?

Hi,
I have a Thinkdiag2 and used it on a 2012 Vauxhall Insignia 2.0 CDTI about 2 weeks ago.
It was able to read all modules, clear dtc's and read live data fine (as in most vehicles).
Just out of curiosity, does your software say Opel/Vauxhall (South Africa)?
I'm guessing you may have a hardware or software issue?
Have you tried on any other brands of vehicle yet?

Hello.
- Yes, I am using this Opel/Vauxhall (South Africa)
- I think is an issue with the TNINKDIAG because the Chinese OP-COM reads everything fine
- I am planning to try it on other cars
Here are some screenshots
