No information about what exactly you did in which control unit. And no scan, so anyone would have the chance to look closer.

Honestly: You do not even care writing a full sentence in your posts. You do not provide a scan. You no not list the addresses of the units you modified, either. You do not share what you modified in those units (coding etc.). We do not even know what vehicle this is about in detail, as there was not just one "audi a8 D4" manufactured.

If you expect help, it really needs much more than what was provided until now.

Share auto scan first, then somebody can help you
