Downgrade your VX Manager software. Since mid 2019, their software has been having an issue. There is another post I had responded to with a link to the latest stable VX Manager 1.4, I have in my PC.

Have just updated my VX Manager to version 1.8, it looks stable. Additionally, you have to update your firmware to v1.8 too. I am now able to connect to Xentry PT with this device which was previously having issues connecting.
