Vauxhall Insignia 2011 Headlamp control module relearn

Hi guys,

B101E ECU software calibration not learned,  along side with U1512, U1513, U1523 etc. loss of coms with device on LIN bus on Vauxhall Insignia 2011 Headlamp control module relearn

What affordable Autel or Launch tool can do this HCM Relearn/Programming?

What is your opinion?
What could be the problem assuming the B+, IGN, GND and Serial Data circuits seems okay?
Even module replacement will require programming, what tool can do it?
