Vauxhall Insignia 2013 2.0 LBR ECU Config not programmed

Hi guys,

Guy next door brought an Insignia which has been bodged.

B101E:46 - ECU Software - Config Not Programmed
B101E:48 - ECU - Security Code Not Programmed

U0121:00 - Lost Comm with electronic brake control module

He got only a manual key, which opens the doors, but cant turn the ignition to the 1st time.

Been told the Instrument Cluster might have been replaced.

The Cluster doesn't works at all.

I'm new to these Opel / Vauxhalls in general, but done some Ford IDS stuff on my own vehicle.

Global TIS V36A - would sort out this kind of issues?

The guy want a Bladed Remote for it, but with these DTC's i'm not able to start the job for him.

I grabbed GD2 & Tech2Win already, but didn't wanted to spend long time with his car to be honest.

VCX Nano SE & Opcom i got for VCI, but no seen anything relevant in IM 508S Diagnostic Section at all.

Local guy's quoted him for Key, but they no seen these DTC's obviously.

Any help, comment, guidance would be appreciated.

buy subscription on servicebox opel legacy and just program it
