I see you are using Clone C4 101144 I+ME Actia KW...... You need to change connection to K-Line from CAN then it will initiate contact. It's a golden rule, repeated on forum over and over. Here can i change to k-line?
The diagram is from sim mode.
I only have the options that are in the picture attached.
I tried the options and gave error also.

for kline u need to use vediamo 4 and tick part W in connection parameters, then in list (like dollsburg said) u need to choose kline 7 if im not wrong
