Volvo D13 DPF Outlet Temp LOW
#1
Any ideas why DPF outlet temp is low? 2009 volvo...  7th Injector pressure is 64PSI, truck runs regen for 30 minutes and it stops.  It does not lower soot at all.  Thing is stuck at 144%.  Changed DPF Filter, same thing, stuck at 144% (I even reset Soot via VCADS), still shows 144.  It doesnt go up or down.  Driver had piece of tape over the DPF lamp, I guess it was on for some time, he would do parked regen, truck will run, but message will stay on, that regen is neede.....this one is odd..

Thanks in advance

What temps an all three sensors do you got during regen? How fast DOC and DPF inlet temps raise? Have you replaced DPF only or DOC also? Have you checked exhaust leaks? Have you replaced 7th injector? What ACM active codes do you have?
