Mercedes C 350E plungin hybrid interlocking fault car not starts

Hi I have 2018 C 350E with interlocking system fault PTC heater was burned out swapped with second hand unit changed new plug and changed checked all wiring for PTC heater all looks good. Does someone has high voltage interlocking system wiring diagram and any suggestions what else to check. Also any suggestion how to check PTC heater on the bench?

anyone knows where are located routing service disconnect module black arrow? S7 service disconnect are bridged when plugged in pin 1 to 2 and pin 3 to 4. measured pin 1 and 2 5v pin  3 and 4 12v however in schematic shows pin 1 and 4 goes to same pin x on routing service disconnect how comes that there is 2 different voltages from that pin X orange arrow

did check no luck. in every module which I did check interlock signal goes in and out cant find any problem also cant locate routing service disconnect module. did trace the wire goes to interior in main wiring loom at right side floor wiring loom and vanishes somewhere. hard to check without ripping off all interior
