WIS/Asra and EPC Startkey Needed

Hi Guys,

today I needed some merc information so I tried to start wis/asra.

EWA started but no applications appeared on the screen.


So i checked the server acces and for the 3rd time there is no server acces possible.

Can someone provide me a new key?

And what do I need to change in the settings to make WIS/ASRA run all of the time?
