Which MUX-SD Connect to choose?

1
i got autocom 2013.1 and xentry 2013.3 on a vmware image which is on a IBM T60 (only USB support).

Which mux-sd connect thing i should use, at least to work with xentry.. Will a usb-to-obd work?

Hi

First you should know what is the difference between these two tools and they will not configure to each other, these tools you mentioned will not work together.

for each one have a different way of connection and different method of work.

Make sure what do you need first, then know what that need, then order the correct tool in full, you can not fix (A) mux to (B) software

thank you

For DAS/Xentry you need a PartD ("C3") mux or an SDconnect ("C4"). Why do you think anyone would purchase these if a cheap USB to OBD cable would be sufficient.

Good day

for each person has his own look, as a car owner, mechanic, ... , or specialist.

if you are going to low level diagnostic you should go for the power train "engine" readers only with $10.00 tool.

else if you go for higher level you should buy more advanced tool so you can read more of the car.

if you are technician you should go for more higher level in order to gain money for repairing and your business will run.

if you are specialist you should go for more sophisticated advanced level of diagnostic tools so you can gain more money from high level repairing special tool with a thousands of $ coast.

so for each level has his own demand and for each person has his own look and goal.

finally, according to your need you will act, so let all buy, sell, pay, repair, fall and gain money

all are happy ..... this is life.
