Hello everyone,
I have a 2011 Opel Astra J 1.7 CDTI, and I've encountered an issue with the wireless key. After cleaning the AC system, the wireless key stopped working. Here's a brief summary of the problem:
Issue:
Additional Information:
I opened my BCM module and found water inside the plastic box. I cleaned it, but the same error persists, and the central locking system is still not working.
Does anyone have a schematic diagram to help fix this issue with the BCM module? I have a CH programmer, soldering skills, and a BIOS flash programmer, so I’m equipped to handle the repair
Thanks in advance for your help!
I have a 2011 Opel Astra J 1.7 CDTI, and I've encountered an issue with the wireless key. After cleaning the AC system, the wireless key stopped working. Here's a brief summary of the problem:
Issue:
- The wireless key (key fob) no longer locks or unlocks the doors.
- This issue started immediately after the AC system was cleaned.
- Checked the key fob battery, and it's fine.
- Tried the spare key, but it also doesn't work.
- Manual locking and unlocking of doors work fine.
- Checked fuses related to the central locking system; all are intact.
- Scanned for DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Codes), and here are the results:
- DTC Code: B3130 - No Communication with RKE Module
Additional Information:
- Before the AC cleaning, the wireless key was working perfectly.
- No other electrical issues noticed.
- All other functions of the car seem normal.
- For cleaning the AC, I used a spray cleaner and injected it into the cabin holes.
I opened my BCM module and found water inside the plastic box. I cleaned it, but the same error persists, and the central locking system is still not working.
