Wireless Key Not Working After AC Cleaning on 2011 Opel Astra J 1.7 CDTI

1
Hello everyone,

I have a 2011 Opel Astra J 1.7 CDTI, and I've encountered an issue with the wireless key. After cleaning the AC system, the wireless key stopped working. Here's a brief summary of the problem:

Issue:
  • The wireless key (key fob) no longer locks or unlocks the doors.
  • This issue started immediately after the AC system was cleaned.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
  • Checked the key fob battery, and it's fine.
  • Tried the spare key, but it also doesn't work.
  • Manual locking and unlocking of doors work fine.
  • Checked fuses related to the central locking system; all are intact.
  • Scanned for DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Codes), and here are the results:
  • DTC Code: B3130 - No Communication with RKE Module
No other significant codes related to the central locking system were found.

Additional Information:
  • Before the AC cleaning, the wireless key was working perfectly.
  • No other electrical issues noticed.
  • All other functions of the car seem normal.
  • For cleaning the AC, I used a spray cleaner and injected it into the cabin holes.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue, or does anyone have suggestions on what might be causing this problem? Could the cleaning process have affected the BCM, the antenna, or any related wiring?

I opened my BCM module and found water inside the plastic box. I cleaned it, but the same error persists, and the central locking system is still not working.
Does anyone have a schematic diagram to help fix this issue with the BCM module? I have a CH programmer, soldering skills, and a BIOS flash programmer, so I’m equipped to handle the repair

Thanks in advance for your help!

I think you've answered your own question.

1. investigate the module the dtc is on.
2. more than likely a water damage bcm, dried or not
