Vauxhall Vectra C 2.2 DTİ engine will not start

Opel Vectra 2.2 DTI (DTR) (automatic)

The starter motor had been removed for repair, and the car wouldn't start again.
OPCOM malfunction
P1632 P1634
The fuses have been checked and are in good working order.
I tried a used oil pump, but it didn't work.(by coding)
When a different fuel pump is installed, the P1632-34 error codes are cleared.
The pump is dispensing diesel fuel.but the car doesn't work.

EGR is closed.

PSG16 P1632 P1634 fuel pump is damaged, new pump needs pair with immo to start!
