You can disable mode mode forever

You can solve the problem, and for sure it is better for the turbo, and generally for the engine.

Check in live data values for desired and actual turbo pressure. With this, you can know if it is overboost or underboost problem. After that start with repair - depending on that whether it is overboost or underboost, change all small vacuum hoses, check/change n75 electrovalve, map sensor, wastegate, turbo itself etc..
