hello comrades seen the amount of diagnostic machines that circulate in the market i was wondering what is the best option for a multibrand workshop. i hope you can guide me to buy a multipurpose and professional diagnostic machine .

Autel MS909 or if you need scope MS919 or Ultra

My friend is working on mercedes  cars for everyday dtc clearing and normal coding 
and has a low budget like 200 to 300 dollars for this kinda tool he is new to this industry and asked me what tool should he buy?
Is thinkdiag2 good?
Any similiar tools?
Like tools that can be upgraded later?
