CLA W117 FBS4 key is locked

I want to figure out the procedure for unlocking the original key or programming a new one. The situation is as follows: the car owner accidentally blocked the only key. I tried using the original key and online access, but I can’t unlock it. I ordered a new key, but it still can’t be programmed because kl 15 needs to be open.

I have permission to program fbs4 keys, and the key is official.

It doesn't matter if you have rights to program keys or not. All keys lost requires an XSS ticket and key needs to be ordered pre-programmed.

If you have access and the proper rights and the vehicle is registered as all keys lost form filled out and approved, you just click continue when it insists on the key being on and keep the CAN awake by opening and closing the drivers door latch. Just click continue every time it asks for the key to be on.

Can anyone help or tell me how to enable the original key or add a new blank one?

But I ordered from the dealer not as AKL, but as usual an additional key.And what to do in this situation?

If the key is blank, you need to have all keys lost form filled out and the key can be programmed then with someone with DAS4 rights, but its best to order a key 0041 suffix after doing all keys lost form and approval.. the form is on the desktop of your Xentry tab. If you have DAS4 rights you can fill it out
