e46 ms43 ecu compatability

guys,

just wanted to ask a quick question.  i am working on e46 320i.  Ecu is faulty.  i only managed to find ecu from 328i, ms43.  are they compatible please?  Also, is it possible to find complete flash of 320i and just write it to 328i ecu?

JMGarageFlasher can read it in boot thought k-line , can swap reads and do cws reset after you change it to test it

So i swapped the flash read from 320ci ecu to 328i ecu, both ms43.  I still have a problem as i did ews delete as per post on here and i am getting error code 100 on dme.  Error code 100 - control module faulty seems to be checksum related.  I am attaching files if someone can check/confirm.  thanks

I urgently need someone.who is an expert on ms43 ecus to check that my ori file is not corrupt, that my ews off is correct and.that checksum is ok.
