on this web I order file cat off opel astra 1.6 petrol. Paid 91 euros. After writing file I have error: P0130-04 O2 sensor circuit range/performance (bank 1 sensor 1). Ask to fix problem.
They said its not cat problem and cant refund my payment.

Hi!

You probably needed Lambda Off and CAT Off. Cat Off disables the 2nd 02 sensor, after cat and the cat related maping. Your error is about 1st O2 sensor which is mainly used for your AF mixture and unless you are planing to heavily tune your 1.6, I suggest you get it fixed/replaced.
