Mate, one by one. The fact that the engine does not start is by key is a priority, the fact that no command is getting to the coil side of the starter relay must be resolved. the coil of the starter relay gets power from circuit 87 relay and ME grounds the other side when start is commanded, have you looked at actual values in the ME under drive authorization? is start enabled?

no relay issue mate, because i have replaced relay, also with another kit ecu ezs ey, the car start but not drive because transmision is not programed to that ezs also new kit is not keyless go, other vin number

I am confused, you just said the vehicle won't start unless you jump the starter relay. So... did you solve that issue? does the vehicle start normally by the key now? as far as the other concern, best approach in my opinion is to renew the vgs and scn code online.
