read nec dash with spvg

hi i have read 2010 golf nec dash with spvg and pogo pins.but i cant generate transponder as i dont have tango.so paid for data.i preprgrammed key with cs 12 bytes.i program key.but ecu say disabled so no start.does spvg leave itin service mode.there are no faults in immo.can u program key from file generated in  spvg or can it be programmed direct key programming  thanks  any ideas
