Impossible to add key to Opel Vivaro (Renault Trafic) JC UCH 95080

Anyone have solution for this cars?
I want to add key to Opel Vivaro 2009 and need to order key, so I don't want to order something what finish in trash.

There is a correct way to precode the transponder for remote to work, but I've never mastered it. I avoid trying now. A dealer supplied , precoded key will work. Someone might share the precoding instructions, but i don't have them.

hello, so lately ive bought a Opel  Vivaro 2012, 2.0 cdti engine with only one key, been trying to add a key for the last days. tried with autel im608, xhorse ktp but its impossbile to add key... basically autel reads the pin , pin is 3B 28 29 39 6B DF, after learning the new keys, only the original key can start the car, none of the new keys, bought new keys and still same issues. original key pcf7946, bought exactly the same and the outcome is no other key can start the engine except the original key. also removed the UCH, read the eeprom ST 95080, using pin extractor, the pin is the same, tried making the key dealer using xhorse ktp, wrote back the new dump but still only original key is working. tried with 5+ different keys, thru obd with autel / xhorse , bench with xhorse via dump but start is impossible with any other key than the original. my only ideas are that the dump is corrupted or the UCH is defective. i will post the dump also, maybe anyone can give me a new idea...

it needs to be key with PCF7947

I found this thread when I couldn't add a key to a 2012 Vivaro, same problem. Had keys with PCF7946A none would learn a key other than the original key. 
No matter what tool I used Autel im608, xhorse KTP, renolink. Eventually I grabbed another key out of my stock (3rd one) another id46 7946a exactly the same as the rest but different supplier and the key leant straight away. So I guess its down to quality and luck
