svdi problem with audi a3

good fellow, I have a problem with a audi a3 2004 and the svdi, I connect the svdi and gives me all the info right, cs, pin code etc., gender key manufacturer to give it high in the vehicle but when encoding key I indicated no pre-coded key, no longer if it shows bad svdi the cs or tag that generates leads that bad. someone has happened.
