vw crafter vmax

hello mates,
somebody have working vmax off?
actually its set @ 90 kmh, tried with vcds but without success.
flash & eeprom in attachments.

in the eeprom vmax is 190km/h

the car have 2 options of vmax, by customer & by law, maybe actually is the law activated and customers is set to 190 - but no chance with vcds

The login code for VCDS should be 20012. (address in your file 0x1C1392)
