Smart 451 ECU clone or code - immotoolscy - 11-19-2021
Hi guys anyone knows how to adapt used ECU to smart 451 with diesel engine.ecu is edc16c32.
I tried with pcm flash but still key on dash.
I code also keys with key programmer still the same.

Second hand ECU must be same HW or compatible..
Then with PCMFlash you have to write both Eeprom and Flash, and when you have to write it, de-flag the 'Skip Service Areas' option.
Otherwise you can make clone in BDM with Ktag or something like that, or virgin ECU + pairing with car

I succeed to read flash and external flash.eeprom is all 0000 in both ECus.
I will try that scip on Monday.
Also I Heard that you can just adapt with das without touching ECU and offline.
I couldn't found my ecu in ktag.

Sorry for hijacking this old thread. But I have the same ECU on my bench and KTAG. BDM Port ist on the other side of the ECU. How can I remove the heatsink savely?
