Thank you so much for providing it. What language is it in? And how do I install it? Are there instructions included? I installed a version, 4.22.40 and Standard Tools do I need to uninstall it?

The program is in English and its installation is simple; you will find a text file containing installation instructions in the ista 4.57.30 folder.
It is recommended to install it on a clean Windows system.
