Astra J 1.6 CDTi Delco E98 non start x2 - notoriousg - 03-06-2026
I need some help, since i don't have experience with Opel. An Astra J came to me not starting and with DTC P062D, checked wiring, connectors, measured injector resistance and everything seems okay, but it doesn't want to start. Can someone with more knowledge on these give me some hints what i can check?

May sound silly but it can sometimes show this fault but not actually electrical, do a leak off test on the actual Injectors, could be faulty, stuck open etc, causing incorrect data being sent back to ecu. Do no harm to rule out

So it gets strange. I sent the injectors to be tested and evrything was good so i decided that the ECU is bad. Got a used one from the same engine car, read full backups of both the original and the new ECU with KT200II. Flashed the original full backup to the used one and the car started. The customer got his car back, but after some time it stalled, engine shut off and doesn't start anymore. I tried writing all sorts of combinations from both backups i have, but it still doesn't want to start again. Please i need some help with this. Backups of both ECUs attached.

Guys, give me some ideas i cannot start the car this is the only DTC i get, all values on diagnostics seem okay, but the ECU doesn't start the injectors...
